STORYSYNC · COURSE REVIEW COPILOT

From every reviewer to one revision plan.

Ingest Review 360 exports, transcripts, email threads, and SME notes. StorySync produces a deduplicated revision plan, flags conflicts between reviewers, and pushes approved tasks straight into ClickUp — every step gated by an explicit human approval.

What it does, in four moves.

FEATURES · 04
01

Multi-source synthesis

Review 360 exports, transcripts, email threads, comment files, and SME notes — clustered into a single ranked revision plan. Severity, category, and citations on every item.

02

Conflict detection

When two reviewers disagree, StorySync surfaces the conflict explicitly — with both sources side-by-side and a suggested resolution. The ID isn't the one breaking ties from cold.

03

ClickUp task export

Approved revisions push to ClickUp as tasks, carrying the source feedback as context and a back-link to the synthesis run. The PM workflow inherits the audit trail.

04

PM status summaries

One-click summaries for the PM after every review cycle — what changed, what conflicted, what shipped. Drafted, citation-anchored, and gated by an explicit human approval.

FROM THE FIELD
StorySync is what review cycles should always have been — every voice synthesized into one document, every action traceable.

Questions IDs ask first.

How is StorySync different from a project tool?
Project tools track tasks. StorySync produces them — by reading every feedback source, deduplicating across reviewers, and only surfacing what needs a decision. The PM workflow is downstream of the synthesis, not the other way around.
Does it integrate with ClickUp?
Yes. Approved revisions push to ClickUp as tasks with the source feedback as context. Other connectors (Asana, Jira, Monday) are on the post-launch roadmap.
Can SMEs use it directly?
No — StorySync is for the ID who collects and synthesizes feedback, not for the SMEs leaving it. SMEs keep using the tools they already use; StorySync absorbs the output.
What about citations?
Every revision item, every conflict, every status update links back to the source feedback that produced it. Nothing is generated without a trail.
