COURSEREADY · PREFLIGHT QACatch the issues SMEs miss.
Run a batch of synthetic learner personas against your course assets before a single reviewer touches them. Get a verdict, per-persona findings, and a prioritized remediation backlog — all citation-anchored back to the source.

Five personas. Five points of view.
BUILT-IN · 03 SHOWNP-01New-hire learner
Zero prior context, reading every screen for the first time. Flags assumed knowledge, undefined acronyms, and instructions that skip a beat.
P-02Compliance auditor
Reads for regulatory specificity. Flags vague obligations, missing policy citations, and language that won't survive a deposition.
P-03Mobile-only learner
Walks the asset on a phone, in 8-minute windows, between meetings. Flags layout breaks, video friction, and content that won't survive a thumb.
What QA leaders ask first.
- What does a "synthetic learner" actually do?
- It reads your content from a defined persona's perspective — role, prior knowledge, learning style, and success criteria — and reports findings the same way a real learner would: where they get lost, where the content drifts off-objective, and where compliance language is missing.
- How is this different from a content review by another ID?
- Volume and persona breadth. Five personas covering different prior-knowledge levels review the asset in parallel. The findings are citation-anchored to the asset text so you can fix exactly what they point at.
- How do findings make it into my workflow?
- Each finding has severity, category, citation, and a recommendation. One click sends them all into a linked StorySync project as feedback items, where you can prioritize, draft rewrites, and push tasks.
- What's the cost model?
- Each simulation run costs a few cents to a few dollars depending on asset size and persona count — visible per-run in the UI. CourseReady is included in the Full Suite plan.
PIPED OUTPUTIssues found? Pipe them straight into StorySync’s revision queue.
CourseReady findings move into StorySync as first-class feedback items — citation, severity, persona, and all. The remediation backlog inherits the audit trail.
