- What happens at trial end?
- We keep a card on file from sign-up. At the end of the 14 days we charge for the first month. If the card declines, you get a 7-day grace period to update it before the org auto-downgrades to Solo (the free tier).
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through the Stripe customer portal at any time. Mid-cycle changes are prorated.
- Is SARA always free?
- Yes. SARA is the public, no-account entry point and is included on every plan.
